Movement of Exchange server mailbox leads to deletion of messages of MS-Entourage 2004

It is possible to move or transfer Exchange server mailbox to a different storage group. But at times, it makes an Entourage application develop problems. Messages of Entourage 2004 for Mac start deleting. When you synchronize your Entourage for Mac and move mailbox of Exchange server, data of the message becomes inaccessible. 2.Download and install MS-Office 2004 update for Mac 11.2.1 from Microsoft's website. Ensure that Entourage 2004 is not working.
3.Make sure that no network connection is available.
4.Once done, start Entourage 2004 application and remove all Exchange server accounts. For this, follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Go to Tools >> Accounts >> Exchange tab.
2. Select an Exchange server account, and then Delete. Again press Delete to confirm the deletion.
3. Repeat the above 2 steps that is 4.1 and 4.2 on the left Exchange server accounts.
5. Close Entourage 2004 application and again connect to the network.
6. Open Entourage 2004 and add Exchange Server accounts. Follow the below steps:
1. Go to Tools >> Accounts >> Exchange tab.
2. Select New, and then choose the settings as required.
3. Again repeat steps 4.1 and 4.2 for the other Exchange server accounts, which you want to add.

Above steps ensure that no further data loss shall be encountered, but do not recover lost data. For recovering lost data you need to follow some more steps:

1.Log-in exchange server mailbox by accessing Outlook web access using the browser on Mac system. After doing this, choose Options from the navigation bar and Recover Deleted Items. You can also take help of an Exchange Server system administrator.

2.Take help of a backup to restore mailbox from it.
